About Caitlin P, the instructor: Caitlin began consistently practicing yoga in 2011 at a free class in a community space (just like this class!). It was this unconventional beginning that has led to an unconventional path of teaching and studio management. In 2014, Caitlin started Sangha Studio, Vermont’s first and only nonprofit, donation-based yoga studio in a small space above Nectar’s. Sangha opened the Old North End location at 237 North Winooski Ave in 2016 & has continued to grow since then, making yoga financially accessible for all across four studio locations. Caitlin Pascucci lived in the Old North End for five years before moving across the river to Winooski. She’s excited to be back in the hood to offer this class for the highly anticipated & loved ONE Ramble.

Elmwood Cemetery Walking Tour
Join us at the Ramble on Saturday for a walking tour of Elmwood Cemetery, Burlington’s second oldest burial ground, in the heart of the Old North End. Some of the burials there date back as far as 1790, and it is said to have been established as the final resting place of the little known, but incredibly interesting Allen brother, Levi, a bankrupt who town fathers buried in a new cemetery since his family did not wish to pay his bills! Ramble Flow Down with Live Music
A slow flow with reiki and live music, on the roof Sangha – North at sunset. Need we say more? This class will offer the opportunity to unwind from your rambling with slow and mindful movements, coupled with reiki and live music to fill the air (and your soul!) Our goal is to create an intentional pause in your day to ground you into the present with stretchy poses and soft, ethereal melodies.

Some Important Details:
Preregistration is required as capacity is limited!
No-show Policy: We ask that if for any reason you aren’t able to make it to a rooftop class that you are registered for, that you cancel your reservation through Union.fit at least 1 hour before the class start time. This gives enough time for someone else to sign up for class and attend. With limited class capacity, it’s important to us that folks who are ready and want to come to attend class are able to do so. If you need to cancel with less than 1 hour notice, your donation will simply go to the event itself. You can cancel an upcoming class registration while signed in to your Union account:
Click My Account in the upper right-hand corner
Click Registrations
Select Cancel from the drop-down menu next to Issued .
If there is bad weather (too cold, too wet, or heat index above 90 degrees), class will take place inside the North studio! We will send an email to all registrants at least 60-minutes in advance of the class start time if we choose to move the class inside & will appropriately adjust the name & location of the class. If you’re pre-registered for class, just make sure to keep an eye on your email!
Don’t forget the little things! You may want to bring things like a water bottle, bug spray, or sunscreen.
